My helper must show her Amah Authorization Pass voluntarily upon arriving at The Club entrance to staff or security personnel.

My helper must check-in at the Concierge Desk upon arrival each time she visits The Club.

My helper is at The Club solely for the purpose of dropping off my child/children or picking them up from The Club sponsored classes or supervised programs.
(STRICTLY DROP-OFF and PICK UP for Classes Only).

My Helper may only wait in the immediate vicinity of the class or scheduled activity.

It is my responsibility to make my helper aware of the by-laws of The Club and to ensure that she abides by them at all times and that this card is not transferable.

I understand that my helper cannot be the primary caregiver at the Club without the presence of a parent.

I am fully aware that my helper is not allowed to run any errands on my behalf.

It is my responsibility to update the Club of any changes to my helper’s employment status or termination of it.

The pass is the property of The American Club and must be returned to The Club for cancellation upon termination of employment or resignation of the Member.

Amah Pass is valid for 1 year or the validity of the work permit, whichever is shorter.
