Terms and Conditions
Enrollment
- Upon receipt of submission you can start attending sessions.
- Classes are NOT typically conducted on Singapore Public Holidays, but there will be special stroke clinics on selected public holidays included in the subscription.
- Any cancellation of enrollment will be effective from the following month. Cancellation must be done via email to aquatics@amclub.org.sg.
Payment
- Cost per month is $110.
- Members joining a class after the start of the month will be charged on a pro-rata basis for that month based on the number of enrolled classes. The first week will be free and you can cancel enrollment effective immediately during this period.
- Thereafter any cancellation will only be effective from the 1st of the following month.
Cancellation of class by the Club

Classes will be cancelled if the pool is shut usually due to bad weather. All efforts will be made to advise members. To enable us to contact you, please ensure that all contact details are accurate when completing your registration.
Instructor Changes

While every effort is made to provide consistent instructors, please be aware that instructors may change without notice.
Liability Waiver

The American Club, its employees, agents, and/or representatives of the General Committee, are not responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage, or loss suffered by or caused to any person in the course of participation in the program activities conducted at the Club and/or at the offsite venues. The undersigned hereby undertakes to indemnify The American Club, its employees, agents, and/or representatives of the General Committee against all claims brought against them arising out of death, injury or loss suffered or caused in the course of participation and includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims, including but not limited to any penalties or damages to equipment, property or facility within the Club and/or any offsite venues.
